Delivery Policy
All deliveries are subject to applicable state taxes and other government taxes, which will be charged extra as per current regulations. In addition, delivery charges will also be applicable depending on the distance, location, and type of equipment rented. Customers are requested to confirm delivery charges and applicable taxes before finalizing the booking. Any damage caused at site due to operator negligence will be addressed as per company policy.

Refund Policy
If the crane is booked on a monthly basis and you wish to cancel the booking, then: Cancellation made before 24 hours of vehicle dispatch will incur a 10% deduction from the total amount.
The remaining balance will be refunded within 3 working days after deduction.

The one month advance payment to be taken will be regarded as the security deposit. All taxes be added separately to this if the contract is for one month or longer the operator will work only 8 hr in single day.If the demand comes from another state 'then in that case all applicable state tax will be charged
