Payment Policy
Full payment plus a refundable security deposit is required upfront. Monthly rentals billed in advance.
Delivery Policy
Equipment delivered to your specified site within 24 hours in Delhi. Delivery fees may vary by location. We provide equipment with in under 10 KM areas without any charge. Setup support offered where needed.
Refund Policy
90% refund for cancellations within 24 hr of booking. After dispatch, no refund once rental starts. Security deposit returned within 01-2 business days after inspection; damage or missing parts deducted. If the rental contract is cancelled after the goods have been loaded or after 24 hours, then both the one-day rental charge and the transport charge must be paid.
Additional comments from Vendor
The one‑month advance payment to be taken will be regarded as the security deposit. All taxes be added separately to this. If the contract is for one month or longer, the operator will work 28 days in that month. The operator will work on this machine for only 8 hours per day. The service only for Delhi
