Payment Policy
Advance Payment
A minimum of 30% of the total rental value must be paid in advance at the time of booking.
The machine will only be dispatched after confirmation of advance payment.
Balance Payment
The remaining 70% of the payment must be cleared within 2–3 working days of machine mobilization.
For long-term rentals (monthly/annual), payments must be made at the start of each billing cycle.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit may be required, depending on the machine type and rental duration.
The deposit will be refunded after the machine is returned in proper working condition, subject to inspection.
Diesel, Operator & Mobilization
Diesel/Fuel costs shall be borne by the hiring company unless otherwise agreed.
Operator/Helper charges (if provided by us) will be billed separately.
Transportation/Mobilization & Demobilization charges are payable by the hiring party unless specifically included in the contract.
Delay in Payment
Any delay beyond the due date will attract a late fee of 2% per week on the pending amount.
Continuous default in payments may lead to machine withdrawal without prior notice.
Cancellation Policy
If booking is cancelled before mobilization, only 10% of advance will be deducted.
If booking is cancelled after mobilization, transportation and fuel charges will be deducted from the advance.
Mode of Payment
Payments can be made via Bank Transfer, UPI, Cheque, or Demand Draft.
Cash payments above permissible limits (as per law) will not be accepted.
Delivery Policy
Delivery Timeline
Machines will be delivered within the agreed timeline after confirmation of advance payment and necessary documentation.
Standard mobilization time is 24–72 hours, depending on machine type, location, and availability.
Mobilization & Demobilization Charges
Transportation charges (loading, unloading, permits, tolls, etc.) are to be borne by the hiring party unless included in the quotation.
For long-term contracts, mobilization/demobilization terms will be finalized mutually in writing.
Fuel & Initial Setup
Machines will be dispatched with minimum diesel/fuel required for mobilization.
Further fueling at site is the responsibility of the hiring company unless otherwise agreed.
Any site preparation (ground leveling, access roads, unloading arrangements) must be completed by the hiring party before delivery.
Operator & Staff Deployment
If an operator/technician is provided, their travel time, accommodation, and food must be arranged or reimbursed by the hiring company.
Operator will hand over the machine in working condition upon arrival at site.
Inspection & Handover
At the time of delivery, both parties shall inspect the machine and sign a delivery note confirming its condition.
Any damage during transportation (if handled by the hiring party) will be their responsibility.
Delays & Force Majeure
Delivery schedules may be affected by circumstances beyond control such as strikes, road closures, weather, or regulatory restrictions.
The company shall not be liable for penalties due to delays arising from such conditions.
Responsibility After Delivery
Once the machine is handed over at site, care, security, and operation become the responsibility of the hiring company.
Any theft, damage, or misuse post-delivery will be chargeable to the hiring party.
Return Policy
At the end of the rental period, the machine must be returned in proper condition (normal wear and tear excepted).
Demobilization arrangements must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance.
Refund Policy
Advance paid at the time of booking is generally non-refundable once mobilization is initiated.
If cancellation is made before mobilization, up to 90% of advance may be refunded, after deducting administrative charges (10%).
