Breakdown & Replacement
In case of breakdown not caused by misuse, vendor will replace or repair within 24 hours
Downtime beyond 24 hours will be adjusted from rental billing

Customer is responsible for safeguarding the genset at the site
Any physical damage or misuse caused during the rental period will be chargeable

Additional comments from Vendor
Fuel Provision: The customer shall be responsible for supplying diesel fuel for the generator throughout the rental period. The genset will be delivered without fuel unless otherwise specified in writing.
Transportation Charges: For local delivery within Noida and nearby areas, a fixed transportation fee of ₹2,000 will be applicable per trip (delivery). This charge is to be borne by the customer and is payable in advance or along with the rental invoice.
