Operation by trained technician (can be arranged at extra cost)
Routine maintenance and oil checks are vendor's responsibility
Customer to report any fault or abnormality immediately
Breakdown & Replacement
In case of breakdown not caused by misuse, vendor will replace or repair within 24 hours
Downtime beyond 24 hours will be adjusted from rental billing
Liability & Safety
Customer is responsible for safeguarding the genset at the site
Any physical damage or misuse caused during the rental period will be chargeable
Usage Limits
Daily usage up to 8–10 hours per day unless otherwise agreed
Extra usage may incur overtime charges
