Rental Terms
Minimum Rental Duration: The machine will be deployed for a minimum period of 1 month.
Fuel (Diesel): Will be provided by the company for the entire rental period.
Operator: Will be provided by the vendor.
Transportation Charges: Will be determined based on the final site location.
Operator Accommodation: To be arranged and provided by the company.
Operator Meals:
If meals are provided by the company, no additional arrangement is needed.
If not, the vendor will take care of the operator's meals.
Advance Payment: 30% of the total rental amount must be paid in advance before machine dispatch.
Toll Charges (Outside NCR):
If the machine is sent outside NCR (e.g., to UP or any other state),
All toll charges will be borne by the company.
