Payment Policy
One months advance payment plus a refundable security deposit is required upfront. Monthly rentals billed in advance. Late fees apply if payments aren’t received by due date, and non payment may lead to equipment.
Delivery Policy
Equipment delivered to your specified site within 24 hours in Delhi and The company also provide PAN India service. Delivery fees may vary by location. Setup support offered where needed. Company isn’t liable for delays due to weather or logistics but will communicate any changes in advance (Customers will be responsible for paying the out of state fuel surcharge, all applicable taxes, and the transportation fee).
Refund Policy
95% refund or one day charge deduct for cancellations within 24 hr of booking. After dispatch, no refund once rental starts. Security deposit returned within 01-2 business days after inspection; damage or missing parts deducted.
Additional comments from Vendor
One month advance payment to be taken will be regarded as the security deposit for one months. GST be added separately to this. If the contract is for one month or longer, the operator will work 28 days in that month. If the demand comes from another state, then in that case all applicable state taxes will be charged extra. The operator will work on this machine for only 16 hours per day.
