Advance Payment:
100% advance payment is required before dispatch of the machine.
Rental Duration:
The rental period will begin from the date of delivery/pickup and end upon return of the machine in good working condition.
Transportation:
The client is responsible for arranging the pickup and return of the machine. Delivery will not be provided by the vendor.
Damage Charges:
In case of any damage to the machine during the rental period, an additional charge of ₹3,000 will be applicable, or actual repair cost if higher.
Refund Policy:
If the machine is returned on time and in good condition, the advance amount will be refunded (if applicable under contract terms).
Late Return Penalty:
Delay in returning the machine beyond the agreed rental period will attract extra rental charges on a daily basis.
Machine Usage:
The machine must be used only for its intended purpose and handled by trained personnel.
Breakdown Responsibility:
Any operational fault due to misuse will be chargeable. In case of technical issues not caused by the client, the vendor will provide assistance.
Cleaning Before Return:
The machine must be cleaned before being returned. A cleaning charge may apply if returned dirty.
Jurisdiction:
Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Ghaziabad.
