Shop Policies
Payment Policy
50% advance payment plus a refundable security deposit is required upfront. Monthly rentals billed in advance. Late fees apply if payments aren’t received by due date, and non payment may lead to equipment.
Delivery Policy
Equipment delivered to your specified site within 24 hours in Delhi under 3 to 5 KM areas covered in Delhi only. Delivery fees may vary by location. Setup support offered where needed. Company isn’t liable for delays due to weather or logistics but will communicate any changes in advance (Customers will be responsible for paying the out of state fuel surcharge, all applicable taxes, and the transportation fee)
Refund Policy
85% refund or one day rental charge deduct for cancellations within 24 hr of booking. After dispatch, no refund once rental starts. Security deposit returned within 01-3 business days after inspection; damage or missing parts deducted. Once the equipment is moved to a site, one month’s rental will be charged, and the security deposit will only be refunded upon return. Additionally, transport charges will be applied for two-way movement between sites.

50% advance payment to be taken will be regarded as the security deposit. 18% GST be added separately to this. If the contract is for one month or longer, the operator will work 28 days in that month. If the demand comes from another state, then in that case all applicable state taxes will be charged extra. The operator will work on this machine for only 8 hours per day. The service only for under 5 km in Delhi from shop location (Budhpur)
