Shop Policies
Payment Policy
Customers are required to pay 50% of the total amount in advance at the time of booking the equipment. The advance ensures confirmation of booking and machine allocation.
Delivery Policy
Equipment will be delivered as per the agreed schedule, once advance payment is received. Standard delivery time is 24–72 hours depending on machine availability and location.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed through bank transfer/cheque only, within 24-72 hours of approval. Cash refunds are not provided. Full refund for cancellations within 24 hr of booking. After dispatch, no refund once rental starts. Booking amount returned within 01-2 business days after inspection; damage or missing parts deducted.

30% Advance Payment a minimum of 30% of the total rental value must be paid in advance at the time of booking. The machine will only be dispatched after confirmation of advance payment.
