Advance payment to be taken will be regarded as the security deposit. All taxes be added separately to this. The daily charge for a mistri will be ₹1,000 and for a ₹800/par labour, and these charges will be billed separately. If the demand comes from another state, then in that case all applicable state taxes will be charged extra. If the damaged items can be repaired, the customer shall arrange for the repair. If repair is not possible, the customer must provide a replacement at their own cost. Scaffolding erection and dismantling services will be provided at the rate of ₹2.50 per sq. ft
