Payment Policy
Full payment plus a refundable security deposit is required upfront. Monthly rentals billed in advance. Th security amount will be equal to full cost of assets.
Delivery Policy
Equipment delivered to your specified site within 24 hours in Delhi. Delivery fees may vary by location. We provide transport in under 5 KM areas without any charge. Setup support offered where needed. GST will be charged extra at the applicable rate. This is per day basis charge of workers and a separate transport charge will apply for distances over 5 km. If it’s over 5 km, an additional transports charge of ₹3,000 will apply
Refund Policy
100% refund for cancellations within 24 hr of booking. After dispatch, no refund once rental starts. Security deposit returned within 01-2 business days after inspection; damage or missing parts deducted.
Additional comments from Vendor
Advance payment to be taken will be regarded as the security deposit. All taxes be added separately to this. No worker charge. If the demand comes from another state, then in that case all applicable state taxes will be charged extra.
