A Civil Engineer with a Master's in Strategy and Project Management, he blends technical acumen with operational precision. Currently pursuing the Global Executive MBA from INSEAD, he drives Synfra's mission to transform construction equipment utilization through technology-first solutions.
Ashish brings over two decades of hands-on experience in the construction industry to Synfra's leadership. An engineering graduate from Pune University, he is a serial entrepreneur with deep operational insight into infrastructure execution.
