Additional comments from Vendor
1. Payment terms: One month hire charges payable in advance.
2. Running: 240 hrs monthly/8 hours per day, extra hours to be charged on pro- rate basis.
3. Freight/Loading /unloading: Two-ways expenses to be paid by you at actual.
4. Service Oil shall be charged after every 240 hrs.(or you can provided)
5. Operator charges: Extra (whose lodging & fooding will be borne by you.
6. Changeover Switch, Earthing & Cable to be provided by you.
7. Statutory Permission / Entry tax: If required.
8. Security: Adequate security to be provided by you.
9. Contract can’t be terminated by the party before committed period’s
10. GST: Extra as applicable. (GST 18%)
11. Diesel: Fuel will be under hirer’s scope.
