Full advance payment plus a refundable security deposit is required upfront. Monthly rentals billed in advance

Refund Policy
After dispatch, no refund once rental starts. S
Additional comments from Vendor
1. Payment terms: One month hire charges payable in advance.
2. Running: 240 hrs monthly/8 hours per day, extra hours to be charged on pro- rate basis.
3. Freight/Loading /unloading: Two-ways expenses to be paid by you at actual.
4. Operator charges: Extra (whose lodging & fooding will be borne by you.
5. Changeover Switch, Earthing & Cable to be provided by you.
6. Statutory Permission / Entry tax: If required.
7. Security: Adequate security to be provided by you.
8. Contract can’t be terminated by the party before committed period’s
9. GST: Extra as applicable. (GST 18%)
10. Diesel: DEF and Fuel will be under hirer’s scope.
